General Conditions-Lessons can be pre-booked by internet or directly at our Morgins office. -The total payment will be made on reservation and confirm your registration. -If your stay takes place during the school holidays, we advise you to book a month in advance if possible. -Concerning group lessons, if the technical level of the student does not correspond to the level chosen beforehand, ESSS Morgins reserves the right to change the student to the appropriate level. No refund will be made in this case. -The Morgins Swiss Snowsports School cannot be held liable in the case of accident. Each participant must have their own accident and third party insurance policy. -All students must carry on them their ESSS lesson ticket as well as their lift-pass at all times. -The lift-pass, magnetic hands free card and the Swiss Snow League Medals are not included in the price of lessons, except for the following: -Prices in Euros may vary according to exchange rates. -Lessons will be held in all permitting weather conditions, so therefore not replaced or refunded if the student cancels the lesson. -The ESSS Morgins cannot be held responsible for the quality and standard of ski or snowboard equipment used by students. -Helmets are strongly recommended for children. -For all group Freestyle lessons, helmets are obligatory and back protectors are strongly recommended. - The group lesson take place with a minimum of 4 people. REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS -Group and private lessons may be modified if possible, within 24 hours notice. -Lessons will only be refunded in the case of entire closure of the lift system, or in the case of accident/illness, on presentation of a Medical Certificate. -Cancelled lessons may be refunded if made at least 24 hours beforehand. Failing this, the entire amount will be held or owed. -No refund or changes can be made if the student is absent or late for the beginning of the lesson |
